Your imagination is fantastic. I love this bubble approach to the design.

I like the concept and the idea of a semi-translucent body. You're not just painting a picture, you are painting a story.

This and the other two if seen together invoke images of a sci fi version of a field of spring flowers with fluffy bunnies and butterflies flying around.

Very neat shape study. Maybe doing these is the same kind of "art therapy" as my recent spate of Trek stuff is to me. Relaxing and satisfying. But of course you're bringing something TRULY unique to life with yours.

Reminds me of some of the Nostromo concepts. Hey, say what, you could speed paint a Venus explorer ship, gas, molten lava and temperatures of 10000 degrease Celsius!

Reminds me of a scifi art book I stole from the school library in the '80's. (shame on me) I checked it out about 5 times, and finally at the end of the school year "borrowed it" indefinately.
Had a loose story thread of alien invasion and our retaliation. One page was an entire image and the next had text. It was a big ol' coffee table book had maybe 30 pages. The art was almost Frazetta-esque; but not quite. (looked like this actually)lol
I loved that book. This would fit in nicely.

I don't remember exactly. I wish I did. I think it was something very generic like Space Battles, or Space Wars or some such.

I don't know - it varies. I would like to get more comfortable painting characters. That's not something I can do after a long busy day though (as far as I know. Hmmm... maybe I should try it though...)

I love the playfulness of this image. The monochromatic hue, flows in well to a Matisse-ish sci-fi dream memory. Very good composition, great work.
