This looks like a interesting interpretation of the turtles, it doesn't feel ninja though but more scavenger....but its still cool.
By the way, who's that in the top right?

I dont want to get too into it at the moment but yeah scavengers are one good way of describing one aspect of my interpretations. Also let me ask you this. How ninja-like do the turtles feel like with colorful bananas and running around outside so openly exposed? I love the turtles (both the original comics and the cartoons) but I felt their could have been more.
BTW that's Michelangelo in the top right... Raphael on the top left and Donatello in the middle : D

You know with colorful bandanas, not so much. With less to no clothing, definitely not by definition but tv producers back then wanted to differentiate them from each other. Really could of did it with their personality but guess they wanted more and sell toys.

The original idea was that they are nomadic and this is just one interpretation of Aprils first few encounters with the turtles...maybe her first time meeting Splinter. Nothing definitive since I was more focused on trying Photoshop for the first time.

I was left speechless today. And my mind got blown away so I had to go away to search for it.
So here I am again and this is a masterpiece. The designs of the character are very creative and new. The details, the shadows, the lighting is flawless. Yes, I’ve been staring at this for hours. I really like that you placed one of the turtles more hidden and further way from the others. It creates suspense and it really makes me wonder what kind of story this picture is telling.
Awesome job on this! This is now one of my favorites.

Thanks Legoboa! I dont want to say too much since im still working on some stuff but the image is suppose to represent the stage in the relationship between April and the turtles. Anyways hope to have more to come
