Amazing work! How long have you been working with 3d tech to get to this? *Sigh* Seeing things like this remind me of why I should continue to practice with my art. Im aiming to get to this level one day. ^^

I agree with Zeuek. It's very Homeworldish which is awesome. I love the story too.

Damn briliant! (that's all I can say in short, the long version would ruin an hour or two of my life)

yeah actually. it's in the nexus mod atm. this shot is a render, but no features were used that can't be replicated in dx9 using the black sun engine.

Fantastic rendering, conceptualisation.
You're not only great in 3D, but a deep thinker as well...
Say... do you write fiction?

Fantastic modelling and plot as usual. Kind of hard to appreciate the detail in some of the darker places though.

the only things added in PS were a slight blurring of the light areas of the image to give a luminescence to the scene, apart from that it's a straight hard-shadow render of low-poly game models and should appear pretty much the same in-game . total scene poly count=10,000 odd
the battleship texture is at 1024x, and the station tex is 2048x, both resolutions supported by HW and Nexus, where these models will appear in the excellent mod, Angels Fall First
