Can' wait to see Elle in some victorian styled clothing. I'm probably in the wrong period, but still... seeing her struggle with corsets and braiding hair by a giddly wee girl is just such an amusing image in my head xD

I feel like this is more middle ages than victorian era haha. Especially looking at the old map and Mias' outfit. From the map we see, there's separate kingdoms in the UK whereas in the victorian era there should only be the one, UK! ;v;

I love this comic, but us not being given any clear information or clues about what the actual fuck is going on in this story nor any uncovering of actual plot is becoming REALLY tiresome. Just give us a clear explanation already. It's been, what, five chapters now?
Also, next time you go on hiatus for such a long time, you could maybe make a mention of that on the last comic page of your OFFICIAL website (the one before this page)... I was thinking you'd dropped the whole project.

I agree with niiohontesha. There is so much work put into this with details and the fact that the art itself actually gives away a lot of information about the mythology of the parallel world Elle has found herself in. Uncovering the plot would just be lazy story writing and like those children's cartoons where everyone knows what's going to happen. How are we else supposed to be kept interested in this story and plot if we already know what's going to happen? Such a request is just ridiculous, when we are allowed to witness such a beautifully composed story. If you are not patient enough, then it's your problem not miss Jenny's! You're not supposed to be given information, you're supposed to be given little pieces to assemble a whole puzzle, that is the world of Mias and Elle. Appreciate it or take your leave...

Oh, no! Not her clothes! I don't know about Elle, but I really hope the norm for women in this timeline isn't dresses. I would hate to be stuck wearing dresses all the time. O_O
(Also, my inner grammar nut pointed out to me that Mias' speech bubble in the last panel might have a typo. Perhaps he meant to say "Get out of the bath"?)

There's a linguistic quirk in some places where they just drop the article or preposition for no apparent reason. "go to the hospital" can become "go hospital" and things like that.

That's a fair point. I personally don't speak any of those languages, but I'm familiar with an English colloquialism that works in the same way. (As in the song with the lyrics "get out the way" or somesuch.)
I learned Persian-Farsi and Persian-Dari, and neither of those languages has that quirk, either.
