Birthing stool (and foot stool) I manipulated from an oak bar stool. My wife was able to use it during the birth of our daughter, and I was also able to sell another to a lady up in Alberta, Canada.Related content

This is fantastic! Did it work well? Can I ask what the extra holes in the foot stool are for? I'm having a home birth and my husband is making a chair just like this for me.
