Yes, once again, I present another Fan Fusion. I think I made the arm a bit too long, but then again a bit of the body is hidden by that skirt. Anyways, when I saw trinketto 's Bentorite, I knew I wanted to do another Fan Fusion.And so, I present a Fusion of trinketto 's Bentorite and my Pocket Pink Pearl : Musgravite.

Originally, I had planned to call her Spinel, as a nod to heart shape gem and thus having a Fusion Spinel in Strudle Canon, even as a Fan Fusion, but instead, I decided to go with Musgravite. IRL, musgravite is a part of the taaffeite family and, as was the case between spinels and taaffeites, musgravites were only recently discovered as they look so close to taaffeites.

As for the Gem, I went full on Magical Girl with this one. Chantilly Pearl had nods to such but Musgravite is the Gem equivalent of Sailor Moon, Princess Tutu, and many more. Of course, most of it came from Sailor Moon as that was the series I grew up on. The spherical parts of the sleeve especially are from Eternal Sailor Moon and heck, her weapon is heavily inspired by the Moon Kaleido Scope. Originally it looked even closer to it, but I decided to alter it so it didn't look like a complete rip-off.

From what I read, Bentorite didn't really have a weapon. I could have gone with the hammer she was residing in, but I felt it didn't really fit with the "Shoujo/Henshin" vibes I wanted with Musgravite. Instead, by fusing Bentorite's minor healing abilities with Pocket's Sword, Musgravite creates a Hyper Healing Wand. The wand can then be used to heal cracked Gems from afar, a small group of them, and can even heal acute corruption. An example of that last part would have been if Jasper had just accepted being healed, rather than flip and get herself fully corrupted. For balance, that latter power would probably exhaust the energy of the Fusion and make them split.

As for personality, I would think Musgravite has a 'typical Magical Girl" personality: Bubbly, somewhat klutzy, but gets down to business to protect her friends.
