One year and a half later, I present to you the completed version!Do any of you remember this? www.deviantart.com/view/129504… XD I submitted it here in December of 04!! *faints* I guess this is procrastination? But no, at the same time, if I hadn't taken so long I don't think I would have done nearly as well on it.
This is (hopefully) the first of many wolf drawings. If you remember, my goal is to draw all of my friends as wolves, since I feel our relationships end up being very much like a very large wolf pack ^^ Something that has changed though is my view of myself. I am not sure exactly where I stand in the pack, but I know I am not at the bottom anymore.
EDIT 06-06-23: I thought I was finished, but when I looked at it again later I found several little things that I thought should be improved or added =3 You may not even notice them, but I feel so much better about it as a whole now~

I love the composition of the picture. There is this beautiful balance created by the circles and half circle of the earth. I also like how the wolf unites these circles together. The coloring of the wolf's fur is very nice as well.

0_0. That's simply amazing! Much better than any of my works! XD That must have taken So. Very. Long to do! The moon, stars and earth are so beautiful looking. I find the earth almost has a cartoony look to it. But cartoony isn't the right word... more... Hmm... Mind block. I'll remember later.
The fox's position is great too. The fur looks very warm and soft. Can we hug it? XD

oh my gosh i dont remember that one bit but i LOVE what youve done wth it! this is precicely why artists should never throw away anything even small sketches and doodles or rather, especially since! god the symmetry of it is just DELICIOUS! never mind the gorgeous lighting and four tails and just the fact that wolves are amazing...and your colors...i dont even want to get into it. i cant beilve you sometimes...you just dont have enough faith in yourself!!! and then you trick me and bowl me over like this <3 god i love you. so full of surprises

I haven't had an ego boost like this in a long time X3 I'm really happy that you noticed all the things I tried really hard on (wait, isn't that everything?). The lighting and colors especially were in my mind when I worked on this ^_^

this piece reli is great. i reli do apreciate ur illustrative style and flow. but i do think you could have used a better font, makes it a bit nreadable. but overall very nice.

Ah thank you thank you! I wanted to make good looking fur from the beginning, and I think that is one of the (many) reasons I took so much time to complete this =3 And saying you'd buy this is the best compliment ever!

Ha ha, I do want to do one of all of my friends, online and off, but I am starting from closest (myself obviously XD) to farthest, and considering it took me almost two years to get my own finished...I think it will be a long time till I get to you or Red-chan or anyone else I know online XD

Thanks!! That's one of the last things I did and I really wanted to get them to look nice so I used a picture of the Earth for reference and played around with lots of different brushes and tools =3 I'm so glad you noticed them~
