for my sister jenni... she works at blue cross blue shield and they are having some type of pie throwing contest... she wanted something to put on shirts

You've asked for a critique, so here I go. You obviously love Family Guy, it has a certain quality in it. I won't critique for taste (although the pie looks yummy) but I sure can see a few things that might improve your technique.
I'm not a fan of the fade to white technique. If you go see images from Family Guy, or some Groening pics, you'll notice they never use this. What I would suggest is to complete the drawing until you reach the side of the paper.
A second point of interest might be the quality of the line. You're aiming for a crisp look, but from my own experience, I know that's very hard to achieve with a digital brush. My tip would be to make the lines with the pentool (a better idea would be Illustrator if you're familiar with that). Put the lines in one layer and paint the colors in a layer beneath it. That way you won't loose your lines.
Keep it up, and don't forget to send your drawings to FOX entertainment, they might have a place on a fanart site

hmm.. i do like family guy, but more for the potential the show has.. and not what it does
they make great characters in my opinion
you mean how its just the head? im a lil confused 
i havent used illistrator but i do have it! so ive gotta figure that out..
