One day, a mysterious capsule was unearthed at the construction site of Tokyo.
It was suspected as to be sealed by super ancient humans 350 million years ago.
It's content was blue liquid.
The capsule was taken to the mineral laboratory where the researchers made effort to unseal the capsule for inspection in vain due to its unexpected rigidity.

When the researchers got the blue liquid capsule struck by an electric shock of 100,000 volts, it brought monster Aboras back to life.
Aboras headed for the National Stadium rampaging through the streets.

Ultra Garrison arrived to intercept the monsters, but their weapons had no effect on Aboras, and eventually all their guns lost energy.

"Shuwatch!"

Hiroe transformed into Ultrawoman H.

With the advent of Ultra Heroine, Aboras rushed towards UWH.
