Light, .. what do you suppose caused that circle of spots on his back?
It is not a normal thing certainly!! If you see him again, see if you can get a closer shot of those odd things so evenly spaced on his dorsal side!! (don't get charged at!!) ...
One once stood between my car and his group of ladies and kids, as they crossed the road. He was completely prepared to make holes in my radiator!! But I just smiled, and after they cleared the blacktop, he followed behind .. leaving me to my business.

Dang, that's a monsta... I know they're normally shy, but I wouldn't want to meet him in my car in the middle of the road. great catch!

I once has a small deer jumping through high grass just behind the house. It must have crossed a small river to get here. We are on the edge of some fields. I was so surprised.
