Theresa : "But officer, I've done nothing! I'm on vacation! Heard Rupian waters are nice this time of year... This "Disturbing the peace" at the beach is a mistake. Not my fault they got spooked by my fins...well, "Unleashed pet at beach" is a gray area, you don't leash a shark..."Vagrancy" ?? I can explain my need to live in a underwater cave...and "avoiding the law" ?? I got panicked ! Can't we come to an arrangement ?
Dora: "sl" We can - you come downtown and pay the fine, and you're all set.
Theresa: "sigh" Fine, I'll be tomorrow before the office closes...damn, cap'n is going to skin me for this....how'd she find me, anyhow ?
Just something little for 's little challenge. featuring her cop, Dora and my Shark girl, Theresa. Dora's sure brave, fining a shark without a sweat :3 !
Also, gave Doras usual diving gear a more Official "cop" skin. Hope you like it ^^ !

Well it's a good thing you've got your own equipment that allows you to breathe water from your gills.
Technically, your apparatus and mask helps you in any way. But hey, I remember that time when I said that you can breathe underwater.
