Wow congrats on doing it without double pointed knitting XD
Double pointed knitting is when you knit on 4 or 5 needles with a point on each end, rather than two, and knits in a circular way, making it easier to knit stuffed animals, socks, sleeves etc
It's not that hard, and you may want to look into it if you liked knitting stuffies ^-^
