My interpretation for that theme is a french expression: "Vivre Γ 100 Γ l'heure" (lit.: Living at 100 km/h) which means living a very busy life and never resting.
So here's a typical day in the life of busy & stressed!Sanji, just follow the time on the digital clock~
I foresee a burn out for Sanji if he doesn't take some time off to relax soon~

If that's how you interpret it, I certainly don't mind (since I do like yaoi myself) but what I actually intended with this pic is that the blush is there to show he's slightly tipsy, and the text message he's getting is from another girl he had a date with but forgot about. The other times he's on the phone is to show how busy he is at all times of the day. And he'll pay attention to Conis, no worry, I just happened to catch him at the moment he was checking his messages
