This is beautiful. One of my favourite One Piece fanarts, to be honest. Sanji is so sweet and his backstory is interesting, especially the parts we didn't get to see on the Baratie. It's a gorgeous piece.

I have great respect for the history of the USSR and love all that is connected with it - this country has given a lot to the people: Science, free education, free medicine, and most importantly what were the laws, terms and people have been working. At that time, all of the Republic lived in peace and harmony and no terrorism.Β And I really don't like when people say that the USSR should be forgotten because this Great 70 years of age have enriched the history of my country.Β I wish that you also seen beautiful works of art that were raised in your soul pride for their country and its interesting history.Β

Aww, poot Sanji. Zelf would definitely make him work very hard and leave little time to play. Sure, Sanji has his dream, but kids should be able to play as well. The sigaret in his mouth is especially bittersweet, because it's a symbol that Sanji isn't a real kid anymore. Still, you can see that he misses the simple times.

First of all, I just want to say how much I love the style you did this in. It reminds me of cartoony cut scenes from games and something I'd imagine out of a book. It also slightly reminds me of some movie scenes (mostly because of the shadowed kids) and even some anime. Very very nice style! 
Anyway, this feels rather lonely to me. I mean, kids are just right there in front of Sanji, laughing and having fun while he's peeling potatoes. And even if he'd rather do that than be with any of them, I still find it really sad how no one else really has time for him. If I was there, I would've gone up and sat next to him, and talked to him if he'd wanted. It's just a rather depressing and mature contrast, especially when you look at the children's childish and colorful clothes next to Sanji's blank and impersonal uniform. The fact that he's smoking, that he's considered adult enough to smoke, only adds to it.
