You know, your sketch style is sharp enough that it works very well on its own, so it's not like anyone will be rushing you to move towards smooth & seamless linework
Though if you do wanna get a good handle on that, I'd recommend getting some practice in with linework layers in SAI, or preferably in SAI2. The sheer amount of control you have over each line and curve you put on the canvas is amazing.
