Update1- changed the eye half blink, the hair, added arm movement and re did the feet. Still not done but it's looking a ton better than it didWIP 30min total thus far:
I need to fix the eyes on the half open layer...and maybe create a moving arm///
then a rolling BG
ALSSSOOOOO legs dont move like hat when running...so I am going to redo those too
USING PHOTOSHOP FOR .gif animation
This is my first time ever attempting to animate. So please keep that in mind when judging how terrible it looks, lol

What you need to do is add the more frames in between to make it smoother.
But this is brilliant for a first timer

I agree. but since the final is going to be mostly done with animated banners and website texts I am doing somethign a ton more complicated and rad! so I am not worried about it being top notch animation
