Oa I know there suppose to be scales like on Milotic but I was asking since this she is the human version, were they suppose to be like tattoos to resemble scale, like how the bottom part of the dress resembles Milotic's tail.

Yeah yeah! Although I'm not sure if I want them to be tattoos or scales. They do represent the scales that are on the tail, I didn't want to put them on her dress. So I'm still deciding that. XD
