::EDIT:: Added wallpaper size! Download for full size!This was originally just Sapphire alone, but I decided the pic was too empty so I went ahead and made May/Haruka on the flip side.
I have never read the manga, actually... But I thought that May's counterpart was so cute with those fangs.
I probably have never done a proper fanart of May. When Ruby & Sapphire came out, I got Sapphire (I was in 5th grade) and played that game so much, wow //// I would draw May all the time, and the Magma grunts... I even wished I could change my name to May lol //// But that was many years ago. I guess, though, I'll always love each Pokegirl...
Coloring inspired by ~marucoism 's works! Specifically, the larger Pokemon BW piece in their gallery. (took me forever to find their pixiv, but here it is! [link] ) trying out different coloring styles. I like this a lot... /////

Sapphire and May are pretty much the same character... Sapphire is from the pokemon manga and may/haruka is from the pokemon game.
a better one would be "sapphire/may is to ruby/brendan"
