Must be one of the best pics of the humber bridge I have seen. Living near the bridge and having walked over it many times I feel I am more than qualified to say i think this is an excellent representation of it.

Thanks Jackie, I didn't make the sky too dark and moody then?

Me too but not much and the worst thing is, the lense still works perfectly.

Stupid inorganic items... at least when they do break it is usually spectacular.

Yes indeed! I think electronics are best, as everyone knows, electronics is basicaly lots of packets of smoke soldered together in an interesting pattern but if the smoke comes out of any of the packets the whole thing stops working and the only thing to do is scratch your head.

I hate it when the magic smoke escapes, though.

Me too, it usualy means expense!

It ALWAYS mean expense. I just had to replace the wireless network in the house (2 adults, one child, 5 PC's and four laptops), but I did get a 10N+.. it very fast!

Really nice one Tony.

When I first saw this I thought it was Sikku's shot of the Ambassador Bridge from Canada to Detroit. The two structures are amazingly alike.

I suppose there must be many bridges around the world that are built to this general design, it seems to be a reliable one.

Thanks Gerard, I've wanted to photograph this since I followed its construction on Blue Peter all those years ago.
