is used to detonate improvised explosive devices before they have a chance to harm service-members

yup, i remember these, i drove lead vic my last deployment, so got plenty of experience with them, unfortunately they were the old crappy versions that dont have hydraulics..

yeah..we get mounted missions if we're lucky, usually the brief goes a little like, "so the compound is 10 klicks away, but there's too many canals so we have to walk there..." and cue the mass "GROAN!!!"

I'm glad we stopped messing around with IEDs. Got these M-ATVs and MRAPS. We'll go from here with this expertise, and I am glad we're protecting our boys better with these.
