Description Art assignment: book cover for a myth featuring a black bird and golden apples. Amsel is the German word for blackbird. I used it because it's pretty. Simple as that.

it's good, but you need to be bolder in the shading... the bird is really good (I like his little talon-y feet) and the feathers are pretty wel detailed... nice work

nice traditional peice, the crow looks good and realistic, the peach looks a little apple like, not fuzzy enough, but nicely drawn peice all around.

It *is* an apple. A golden apple. All apart of the crazy story I got it from. And it's a blackbird, not a crow.
