An unusually hideous and dangerous vision of this Great Old One or Outer God or whatever.
The one god that has female attributes, and yet has a male aspect as well.
I never wrote a mythos tale, and probably won't (nobody has ever captured HPL's essense, and mythos lore has become fan-fiction), but figure that when the Great Old Ones beget spawn on humans, it is through the medium of Shub-Niggurath.

Gruesomely original version of Shubby! Level of details is amazing, I just love the little book in the bottom, and the absence of cultists (gee, I wonder what happened to them).
