Mostly gentle... She's really good with kids, but she is quite fierce in protecting them. Threatening or harming children is her berserk button, and anyone doing so when she's around will regret it. After which, she'll probably straighten her skirt, put her glasses back on, and take the kid out for ice-cream on the way home...

I'd almost wonder if she or the 8'6" fluff ball Kindergarten teacher would be scarier when said "berserk button" gets pushed, keeping in mind the latter is capable of things she doesn't make public knowledge...

Molly almost certainly looks more intimidating, as she's much taller (Cy-Belle is about 5'8".) I'd think that Molly could look scarier, though Cy-Belle can make herself look bigger by extending her wings and puffing her feathers out. As to what they can do... I don't know Molly's full capabilities. Cy-Belle is a goddess, and so her powers aren't defined; in the world of Elemental, it can be assumed that any of the gods and goddesses seen would defeat any of the non-divine characters in a fair fight. It might be possible for them to win through subterfuge, but not many of them could outsmart the divine, either.
The exceptions to this are...
Makda is pretty close in intelligence to the divine.
Medina is pretty close in strength to the divine.
Quill is skilled enough to be able to win practice duels with Nahoko about a third of the time.
Cy-Belle is still a teenager and is still trying to figure out what her signatures will be; as with Nahoko being about lightning and flan, or Anna being about crushing things in a sexy manner and brute strength. As goddesses, Nahoko could crush things with brute strength, but it's not her style. Or Anna could turn things to flan (or more likely, jello shots), but that sort of thing isn't really her thing. Cy-Belle might be trying out different approaches to find something that feels right.

Molly got sneezed on by a certain redheaded creator goddess, and in so doing bestowed Molly with her powers. Molly has less experience with this, but is far more focused than Arienhae. In this way, the full extent of their powers are undefined.
Needless to say though that the one endangering a child around either of them will have unloaded cinder blocks in their freshly urinated undergarments, and will hopefully have an incredible urge to rethink their life's decisions - possibly while in a full body cast. xD

They are probably fairly similar in power, then... And not someone you'd want to anger.

Molly has greater power, but she wasn't born with it unlike Cy-Belle, so yeah. Pretty similar.

Yeah, I don't have any creation deities present in Elemental. They exist, but somewhere in the background without taking an active role in affairs. The most powerful deity present (possibly other than the evil ones) is Nahoko. A god or goddess' power in Elemental is based upon their relative popularity among mortals. Nahoko has managed to leverage the internet in combination with her domain of weather to gain massive popularity (since nearly everyone listens to weather forecasts, and since she can infallibly predict (or actually, create) weather, nearly everyone in the state knows who she is and has faith in her.
The other ones present have significantly less popularity; Anna is fairly well known as an artist and socialite, but that doesn't gain the same kind of fame that perfect weather forecasts do. Edrid has very minimal following. He should probably try a youtube channel for gardening tips or something, but for a god, he's not that ambitious and is content to have a very small if devoted following of neo-pagans (even if Nahoko makes fun of this approach in the newest story).
Cy-Belle will, given her role, probably try to become an urban legend among school kids (and maybe even worried parents).
