Nice sketch!! I actually like the background, it's rough, but it really adds to the mood you're trying to create. if you're really going for the "sketchy" look maybe a longer shadow on the wall would've been cool too! I like this character design, he/she looks very intriguing. I'm wondering what he's doing or waiting for in that alley...

Sketchy cat is sketchy. Someone is about to be shanked. I do love his hood and cloak design. c: Arm-wise-- and this is just an observation-- I've noticed you tend to draw very pointy elbows; a lot of them don't really curve out at the end, which might alter how you draw arms. (My anatomy pitfall is finding where shoulders connect in a profile view and drawing that properly). It might help to do some life arm drawing or pose sketching stuff with a focus on arms if they're giving you hell; perspective can be a bitch.

I tend to do that yeah, thanks for pointing that out. xP I should probably mix it up on that front.
At the moment I'm practicing leg anatomy (bone/muscle structure and all that), but I'm definitely moving onto arms after that. x)
