I did all the art and then ~Jazz-Rhythm added the lights! I got the art to her kinda late too so she was awesome for getting this done so fast!I also almost forgot that I did this too [link] which is basically me learning new things in photoshop because I was curious but I thought it was cool so I thought I'd link it too.

He's definitely working that outfit. And how his hair remains fluffy even with a hood up, I don't know how. He MUST share his secret with me. I can't even get my hair to stay fluffy for more than an hour no matter how much gel and hairspray I put on.
ANYWAY, much like Nami's, I enjoy how the outfit changes colors. It's interesting in the fact that the color transition also seems to kind of change the picture coloration a bit too. Reminds me of how certain colors make your eyes, complexion, and hair change color too. Hope you guys get a great score

I don't know why, but I like the hood the best. It makes his face stand out, I think.
