This is such a great picture! At first glance I thought it was a photograph XD. And I really like the tower of stone in the background. To me if I look at it I get the feeling that it looks like a bird about to take flight. Idk if anyone else sees it like that though lil.

Only critique I can think of is that it could maybe do with some stronger colour, but you've probably avoided that for a reason. Β 

Is there a story behind the setting?Β

Thanks! And yes you could say it has a story though not very detailed probably just a concept. It's about the boy searching greater power so he decides to go to Bonehulm to train with the villagers living at the peak, so he can protect his village, which is threatened to be the epicenter of a great war between darkness and light. I should continue this story through other illustrations and track my progress with other stories regarding this character. To be continued !
