It's funny how shots and drawings of Japanese streets and towns make me feel, for lack of a better word, "homesick". People talk about visiting Paris and Greece and leaving a part of themselves there. A part of me will always be in Japan, even if I only lived there for four months.

Looks very similar to the small town I drove through on the way to Mt. Fuji.

That's a few more cars and a lot less people walking around than I've seen before in pictures of Japan. You must live in a smaller town. It actually looks a lot like some of the areas near where I live.

How interesting, your timing. I've been spending too much time on Google Earth and I've been trying to explore places like this. All I ever see in photos of Japan are the most crowded places and tourist attractions. I cannot travel there just yet, but I wanted to see these towns and rural places. This looks a lot like many places in America...but with a lot of ใซใฟใซใ! Thank you for sharing!
