Personality: Cahir is a big boy, and like a stereotypical movie grunt, not the smartest guy around. He is a bit slow on the uptake, and does not always understand what is going on. Slow to react, but this also means he is very calm, and comes off unafraid and brave because he takes a longer time to notice a scary thing - and said thing has usually come to pass by the time he realizes he should freak out.

He has a lot of potential however, should you show him some patience. Very sweet and loving, and fiercely protects those closest to him. His general personality is that of a big, happy and not particularly smart dog - happy, bouncy, somewhat limited in intelligence but all the more willing to try and please you.

Pleasure to handle, he doesn't spook easily, and stands nice and still when you groom him. Riding him is somewhat slow paced, as he does not get excited very easily, and can be a bit lazy and slow to respond to your aids. He means well, however, and always tries his best for you, even if he is not quite sure what you want.

He is adventurous, and loves challenges, and is often seen chasing other stallions, or being chased by them. Good natured, we've never seen him get into anything more serious than a playfight. Very courteous with mares, if slightly shy.
