The fabulously inspirational David Bowie, at the Hammersmith Oden, the night he killed Ziggy Stardust.

I was working on a different commission, with my Ziggy DVD playing in the background - and looked up to see this rather special backlit outline. It struck me that it might be fun to paint. In an effort to keep this spontaneous I allocated myself a very short amount of time to work with, and I'm quite pleased with the result.
