Yeah, they must have some mechanism (which obviously hasn't been replicated in real life, because all the tutorials I've seen just have a string trigger), but that doesn't mean I'd trust it. Plus, it looks like hidden blades tend to be passed down through generations, so they could be quite old. So, not something I'd feel free to press against my face XD
