Description Man, this took FOREEEVER to do...

Now then, I have another look at my Pollo design, this time I'm breaking him down to show off all of the parts that will (hopefully) make him up if my design is the winner. Now I'm certain that all of you have done something but I have a mechanical drafting certification so this is literally nothing to me.

Actually, yeah this is something to me: a PAIN! I'm not saying that this is hard to do... only the head and the hand are. Otherwise I'm really happy with what I came up with here. Now what you see here is basically me going over my details with dimensions and showing off different views of each part (I even got to use isometric view which I don't use often) and I went ahead and did some additional stuff to my info about this body. The only thing I can say is that Pollo's voice will remain the same and the cat meme thing is a joke (serves as a cheap laugh).

Otherwise a few changes, it's basically this destructed. ... Somehow this is getting my competitive side really work up. And if I win, I want to show this off to my drafting teacher and ask if I can get a second and third model so I can send one to my teacher (as a present for his teaching).

If you're wondering why I didn't put this in color... Really I don't want to mess up the whole look of it and adding color to the hidden areas won't look good in my head. It's not really my best detailed thing for the arms, neck and wheels, but I like it no matter what.

Made in AutoCAD 2010 and made for Lewis' "Redesign Pollo" contest. Work Time: Over 3 hours. Safety approved by Cory of PRIVATE Corp.

Artwork, wasted hours - (C) as always... wait, why would I copyright "wasted hours?" Ignoring that... me!

This is too complicated for me to understand!

Well it is understandable to me. I guess it has to do that I don't have "in." next to the numbers. I might have a chance of winning with this pic!

Yes, I mean that. As I said in my artist's comments, hit download and explore the picture. Underneath in the section entitled "Drafting Notes" you'll see that my dimensions are in inches (if the dimensions are in centimeters, we're talking about a small Pollo here). I know I should have put the double quotations to symbolize the numbers, but that's how my program works.

And I have to say, this drawing really shows off my drafting skills and how much of a drafter that I am. If I win, I'm going to hand-write my drafting teacher a thank you note for not only teaching me his skills, but also to tell him that I got this drawing, this design, onto a show. (And also mentioned in my artist's comments, I'll send him another model of Pollo to him but I'm not certain if I can do that should I win) ... Yeah I'm planning for the future.
