Protoman, the first son of Light, fallen hero of mankind. Based, of course, on the music of the Protomen, which in turn is based on the Megaman games. Man do they rock.[link]
His cape/scarf is bothering the crap out of me.
Edit: Protoman looks surprisingly similar to Viewtiful Joe.

It's a cool stylized pic, and I love the use of bold colors. Though for some reason it kind of looks like Viewtiful Joe.
