Here is Altharmar Elsinwatch. His title is respected and feared throught Skyrim, Respected to the Thalmor, feared among the others.
Altharmar is known to get the job done, not matter how he goes at it. He is said to be twisted and cruel to his enemies, or in this case prisoners.
He has no remorse for any human, and sees them as dirt for the most part.

Altharmar holds many secrets, even to the Thalmor. Altharmar has lycanthropy. Thanks to his High Wizard, Suramondalf, (whom I will speak of another time.) Altharmar can control when he turns, unless he starves the beast from, then it will be like a burst to him.

During his hunts, Altharmar is very conscious and aware of what he is doing. He has full control of his beast form (once again, thanks to his Wizard). Other than common animals, he mostly will seek out human prey, whether it be an enemy of his, or perhaps a target he doesn't have jurisdiction to arrest, or some poor unfortunate soul, who was in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

Even when not in his beast form. Altharmar has incredible super strength, which throws many off guard.

On a more lighter note. He also craves and loves sweets. Sweet rolls seem to be his utter weakness. There will be times he would almost blow is cover, just because he smells wondrous smells within a bakery, and he just has to have it. His lycanthropy makes all his senses increase. Even when not in beast form. Altharmar is more likely to hear, see, smell, and almost taste you, before you even know he is there.

Altharmar can act quite witty and sarcastic. almost as if he enjoys getting reactions out of people, to see what makes them tick, searches their weakness.

Altharmar know common destruction spells. The only one that stands out from the rest his fire casting. His fire is scorching hot, shoots out of his hand like is were and explosion, and will even burn that of a Dunmer and even harm a dragon. Perhaps its how he vents his anger and frustrations? His fire is the color of light violet.

Another thing I would like to note on Altharmar is his Glass mace. That his his weapon of choice, enchanted to deal more damage, with an after effect.

After reading this, you may think Altharmar is a reckless loose cannon, but that isn't so. He can be a cold killer, then, he can be a dignified mer.

I believe that's why the Thalmor appreciate him so well. And he, is loyal to them.
