Nicely done, and there is a mod on Nexus that allows him as a follower too by the way I have the mod. I find this screen shot a justice to Ondolemar. Me I make my way to markarth just to see him lol. Nicely done.

you can get him as a follower through console commands on the PC/Mac only. Overall he is not a follower unless you kill him then resurrect his body as a thrall.

Yep, I was in Markarth. Did you know when you do the quest "Diplomatic Immunity", you can have him cause a distraction for you instead of the drunk guy?
