So, since I already drew the other bandicoots AND their mask-dad ( , , and ) I decided to draw Crash's girlfriend, Tawna. Well, moreso, redesign her.

Now, don't get me wrong: I love her new design! Even when her boobs and legs are toned down, she's still very pretty. And I LOVE her new hair! (I wish she was a hair-dresser, 'cause I would go to her 24/7.) But I dunno. I'm not a big fan of her new shirt, (How would she know who Crash is before he saved her?) and her hips in comparision to her legs are a little off-putting. I love the design, but the designers could have done more with it.

And I'm not even sure why they toned her down to begin with. If this game series could get away with even half of the innuendos that Cortex and the other villains spout out, I think Tawna is fine just the way she was.

So, I decided to take a crack at redesigning her. I changed her tail to look more like a bandicoot's, rather than a bunny's. I gave her a cute, little jacket for her to wear, combining her old outfit's colors with her new one's. Her pair of "shorts" is now a one piece, and her socks are much longer. Her sneakers are both a reference to her new shoes, and of her high-heels in the concept art. Actually, in case you couldn't tell, the concept art was a huge inspiration in this drawing. Bailed on the lipstick, since, while drawing her, I found she looks better without it.

Y'know, while drawing her, I realized that, when you get past all that sex appeal, Tawna's actually adorable. I mean, she's got beautiful green eyes, an adorable, boopable snout, world's fluffiest tail, and- ARE YOU STILL STARING AT HER KNOCKERS?!

Anyways, I will eventually draw her in her new design. I may even scrap this in in favor of her actual design, but for now, doofy jackets, everybody!
