Thanks! The armor is made if 100% cardboard. The contours are just strips of cardboard, bent and glued together.

It's actually not too bad. I was able to run around the con the entire day. It kind of sucked to go through doors, and sitting down was a pain too XD

Thanks! I made it mostly with cardboard and glue. I have this halloween dummy that I used as my model for the armor, so I made a cardboard torso, and went from there. Then it was coated in white glue, sand, and more white glue! Tedious stuff man!
