Erm, the AU is NOT Mother Brain. AU's were created after Mother Brain was destroyed...and they don't turn into giant dinosaurs...

Actually... Aurora Units were created twenty years before the events of Metroid Prime 3, and the Prime series takes place between the events of Metroid 1 and Metroid II: Return of Samus.
But you're right, AUs are not Mother Brain.
