In other words, King Tumor strikes again. Only this time in a fancy mobile container that enables mr. huge pile of contamination to perform his representative tasks in a somehow more comfortable way. Vial of stench is also present here.

And the background? This is supposed to be one of the first attempts at his kingdom. Why this particular idea? Well, I have decided to walk around the city for awhile and pick something at random ---that is, closing eyes, spinning around and picking up the very first thing you see when opening eyes. I was surrounded by nice mansions and modern high-tech architecture but nooooo, I had to open my eyes just to see the only ugly communist block of flats in the area!
