Salton Sea.

Found a cart in the mud. As i was making my way out to it, tip-toeing across the cracked dirt, i could hear the dirt below shatter underground. The cracks in the dirt went down almost a foot in certain areas, and it was the sound of these dirt pillars breaking. It was so around 115 degrees F, and the smell in the air was the most horrendous thing i've smelled due to the thousands of dead animals and fish in the area from the toxic sea.
