The regular "rider Waite" tarot deck which most decks are based from, the Magician card has representations of all the elements or trumps, to symbolize his mastery over these things and talent. The chalice or "cups" more often than not lead to emotion or situations involving them, so I filled his chalice with a small heart and blood.

I was talking about the appearance of the "man" or "boy". He looks the way you represent yourelf in your pictures.
Anyway, I believe that every picture (or any way of art) is a part of the artist, in a concius or unconcious manner.
