Personality: Demure || Quiet || Embarrased || Pessimistic || Dreamy || Nervous
Demure- She is modest and shy, to the point where if you put her in an old fashioned kimono, she would almost blend in with a person in the history books. Except for her height of course.
Quiet- It's not that Ouji chooses to be quiet, it's simply that she thinks about her answer for too long and too hard that she ends up not speaking at all, finding the perfect response a little too late.
Embarrassed- She's ashamed of herself, of her height, of taking so much space.
Pessimistic- Above. She thinks thinks highly of others, making herself much more lowly.
Dreamy- Reading shoujo manga makes her day dream a lot.
Nervous- Being in Minami's classes for three years and having to sit next to him for most of those years tends to do that to you.
Bio: Her parents- currently- are two men. Her dad once was married to her mom (her father was a mix- half japanese and half german, her mother a fair caucasian with dazzling blue eyes and bright golden hair) but the relationship fell through when Ouji was around five. By then, her younger brother had been born though, and the family stayed together for the sake of trying to raise him. It took two years for her mother to finally leave, feeling both frustrated with the country of japan and her lack of assimilation as well as the stress of being with Ouji's father, and instead of saying a proper goodbye, all she left was the smell of her skin on the newly done laundry. Her father took to raising two children on his own, at times bringing in a friend to help watch. This male friend eventually started staying and sleeping over, and Oji soon had a second dad- or a papa.
Papa was a judo instructor in the nearby dojo, and sometimes, after school, her dad would take her there to watch. She and her brother fell in love with the sport- or rather, the compliments they got when they mimicked the older students, and soon the two were taking lessons as well. Oji was surprisingly apt in the art, and though her papa asked her to try out other martial arts as well, she declined. After all, she only did judo because papa was there. Her brother wasn't as dedicated as she was, dropping out around when he was in middle school and Ouji was in high school.
It was around the end of her elementary school year that she got a sudden growth spurt. Suddenly she was a head taller than the boys and the girls, and though it was awkward, she continued her friendships. Eventually, a rift grew between Ouji and the girls who, in her eyes, were small and cute. Throughout middle school, she only continued to grow taller faster, her girl friends starting to date and she feeling left behind. It was as though she'd grown too fast- in height- and yet, didn't grow at all. One day, a close female friend of hers confessed to her, and Ouji, having no idea what to say, agreed to date her. They broke up a month later, after their first kiss, the other girl crying, "I hate being the only one in love." Her first boyfriend was during her last year of middle school, a boy shorter than her. They broke up a week later after she heard him talking to his friends about how desperate she was- she wasn't- and how it was embarrasing to be standing next to a gorilla, and how he was only in it for the inevitable sex.
Needless to say, she hasn't been in many relationships since then, her attention focused instead on judo. The only thing she gained from experimenting in middle school was the experience of baking chocolates, which, at the end of every valentine's day, ended up going to her papas and her brother. She started to enter competitions for judo, balancing that with her passion in baking when one day, her dad and papa sat her down to have a talk. They were worried over how she stayed up late to bake cakes and how she trained hard in the dojo, asking her to choose one over the other. Before she could stop herself, Ouji chose baking, with which her parents fully supported her. After accidentally applying to Pesutori twice, she managed to get accepted. Entering the school has only made her more aware of her height, the difference evident in the tiny girls and their cute cakes.
Admittedly her first year was rocky, she recieving bouts of depression in her habit of comparing herself with others, but Ouji somehow managed to make it to her third year of Pesutori without commiting suicide. Her current favourite pasttimes are crying over cake and shoujo manga.
Extra Info: +She still trains her body by running laps early in the morning
+She is very, very wary of her diet, as a habit from judo training. She'll force herself to only one bite if she has to. It's almost unhealthy
+She becomes flustered when having to talk to cute people- ergo, everyone in the school.
+Her hair goes crazy in the rain.
