Minami, as a beautiful bastard child. grew up to be quite spoiled. He learned at a young age how to take advantage of his beauty and became the bully he is today, teasing unsuspecting victims after they fall for him (and there for, his trap). He's the quiet and observant sort, having learned that his beauty is most effective when he is quiet and he didn't speak, as the only things to escape from his lips are rude and teasing jibes. He's very nonchalant in that there's an air about him that he doesn't care much for what he does or what happens to him because of it, but there is a hint of danger in his eyes that can risk a broken neck. It is unheard of for Minami to restort to physical violence, given his lax attitude and soft features, but his smile and his eyes say otherwise. Another thing his eyes and smile hide are his lies- he has a tendecy for making things up, and is rather good at it too. Unlike your typical shoujo bad boy that has a good side- the cliche saving an animal from the rain with an umbrella cliche- Minami seems to be all out rotten, with only his pretty face as a selling point.

Bio: The only things he shared with his mother was a pretty face, a knack for baking, and a knack for seducing rich men. Minami was born a bastard child of his mother and his biological father- a man married to another woman, your typical well-bred Englishman. He apparently had traveled to Japan on a meeting, only to have come across Minami's beautiful mother, and fell in lust at first sight. They met several times afterwards, even after Minami's mother herself married another Japanese man, her childhood friend. This childhood friend of hers knew all about her promiscuous ways, but seemed pleased enough to have her in bed most nights and have matching wedding rings on their fingers. A year after their marriage, Minami's mother finally became pregnant, to the excitement of her husband. He didn't even share that he was unable to have children, going along with her act that the child was theirs. He took that secret to his grave, even after he commited suicide after Minami's third birthday, where he hung himself in the dining room, the memory of a crushed cake on the ground always in the back of Minami's mind.

Afterwards, Minami's quick witted mother made plans to live off of Minami's true father's income- threatening that if he did not help her, she would share their affair. He, being one of the three leaders in a well-known corporation, decided to help them while at the same time arrange for the murder of the mother, ensuing in a continuious trip of her recieving money, waking up Minami in the middle of the night, escaping to another town and living there until the cycle continued. She made her living as a whore and a baker, making cakes in her small kitchen after a slow night and sending Minami out to sell them. Soon the sight of the pretty boy was enough for people to be familiar with, he often flocked with requests- that was how delicious her homemade cakes were. Actually, anything she decided to make (which, after an incident involving a fallen cake and Minami being stabbed in the stomach, mainly consisted of finger food) was above decent, in that while it wasn't "professional", it had that homely charm to it.

Assassination (or murder, if 'assassination' is too formal a term) attempts ended when Minami was twelve, which was right on time because coincidentally, that was when Minami's mother was burdened with another problem- Minami's rebellious phase. His mother had started working more, and left to his own devices, Minami attracted the attention of delinquents with his pheromones and feminine features. At first, everyone thought he was being bullied, but upon closer observations, it was clear it was he leading the dog pack. Their influence on him was clear, however, in that he started to talk back to his mother, who would punish him with kindness, but stuffing him with nothing but left over sweets. Even when she became ill, and Minami had to do the baking for her, she watched as he stuffed himself with the sweets, he falling into a habit of eating pastries to appease his mother, whom- although he disagreed with often- still very much loved.

His baking skills were noticed by the people that ran the bakery where his mother sold her stuff, after his mother passed from overworking. They took him in and continued to teach him, taking him out of his high school in the middle of his first year and entering him into Pesutori, tuition paid partially by his adopted guardians and mostly his biological father (who now had two children and sent money to Minami to keep him away). He eventually got an apartment near the school so as not to bother the bakers any longer, the rent paid for by his father as well, a lovely flat with a sparkling kitchen. Every Sunday night, Mikami creates pastries that greet him upon his return home throughout the week.

Though before he was able to eat a ridiculous number of pastries without vomiting, now he has trouble holding it all in. Though his habit of eating pastries in silence until they're all gone hasn't disappeared, a new bad habit appeared, which is the quick up-chuck of said pastries. He has vomited so much in such little time that the edges of his lips have started to bruise. The hunger pangs and general stress on his stomach is enough that Minami has trouble sleeping at night, sometimes going to the infirmary for an overdose of sleeping pills to knock him out.

While he won't admit it due to seeing it as weak, while Masa and Akemi were in comatose states, Minami had resorted to cutting his wrists, seeing it as penance for all the wrongs he had done in his life. He has foregone his sweater vest for the long sleeved sweater instead, covering up the bandages in fear that his weakness will be seen by others.
