Personally to me, Diamond Tiara is the best child in the show. I think it would be pointless for the CMC to not have someone to bully them.

Silver Spoon isn't NEARLY as bad as Diamond Tiara.
In fact, I don't think she's bad at all. I see her as one of those "follower" kind of people (ponies?). She probably holds Tiara up on a pedestal because of her status and just wants to stay in her good graces.
