Ok, this needs explaining...

1) In Celina, OH, a town I live near, there was (by rural Ohio standards, anyway) a big drug bust wherein several people were arrested for sellinf prescription drugs illegally.

2)To set this up, the police planted a 23-24 year old guy as a new student, and I guess he looked just _barely_ young enough to be a student.

3) In my "Issues & Answers" class, we were assigned to create a political or otherwise commentative cartoon dealing with either national or local events.

4) I thought the idea of using robocop to infiltrate a high-school drug ring would be funny.

5) I'm well aware that I need to be punched in the face for creating this piece of crap.
