Description My first attempt at nougat! Came out pretty well, tasted great, but a big clean up job afterward, including a broken spoon. Some lessons for next time! And there WILL be a next time.

Oh, it was! Probably could have done with a bit more colour (dried fruit, or something), but all in all not bad for a first effort!

Tasted great too! And really not that hard with the right equipment. I'm going to make another batch on the weekend I think.
