Description In half of 19th century, Mariosania wanted to replace their old revolvers.
The decision was made to order Colt to design the revolver, and then it would be produced in Mariosania.
Colt delivered the batch of 50 revolvers alongside the technical package in 1862, and the production line was setted up in Premyslavy Rifle Facotry and Walkton Company.
It used a black powder, paper cartridge .44Rw in 6 round cylinder.
A noteworthy variant was the Navy Revolver, chambered in .36Rw instead.
It served as the standard sidearm untill 1889.
