Description     After a while of having the desire to make Fallout related lore, here I have put together a multitude of pairs of the vault jumpsuits which are depicted in the Fallout game series. The suits here range from Fallout-3's iteration of the design, and going all the way to Fallout-76, which is currently the latest depiction of Vault-Tec's jumpsuit. In the lore, the jumpsuits were the icon and well known symbol of Vault-Tec Industries, featuring the same layout that is shown on the company's mascots, Vault-Boy and Vault-Girl. The suits themselves were made by Vault-Tec to establish, while residing in the vault, a form of uniformity. Such uniformity was desired mainly to reduce tension from other individuals based on wealth or class standing. Along with that, the vault suit was designed to be easy to produce, comfortable, and inexpensive, in an effort to solve the problem of clothing vast numbers of people residing in the vaults.
Upon entry into activated vaults, newly arrived individuals, who were planned to be residing in the vaults, were expected to change into their vault jumpsuits as soon as they could. These people, also referred to as "Vault Dwellers", could be delayed in receiving their jumpsuits, due to the suits' biometric identification systems having some discrepancies in scans and also managers working to fix those issues. Vault-Tec then remedied this problem by having additional stock of vault suits in vacuum-sealed packages, which 10 of them could be placed in a box. Vault Dwellers could replace worn out suits for new ones from existing stocks or later manufactured by extruders, which were placed in every vault.

This post is the first in a series that I am currently working on, which will be covering the lore of the Fallout game series.
