It always seemed weird to me that a lot of the elemental powers were considered separate I.E.: Water/Ice, Fire/Plasma, Stone/Earth, Mind control/Rahi control/Insect control and Water/Plantlife. (Though I would assume Ice/Water Toa are different than Plantlife/water Toa.) Anyway I made a "Plantlife" (and water) Toa.This MOC is based on Axis, a MOC made by so I give him at least a little creditΒ Β ok some credit and a shoutout.
