Oh man I've had my eye on this species for a long while, and I love how they're fleshing out! I was ecstatic when I saw there was an MYO contest going on, so I entered! I was even happier that one of the races was bear-like, since bears are my favorite animal. So of course I had to design an Ursanitus haha. Alright now for the info! Also, the duller version of the character is like that to show the clothing more clearly! It's not an alternate coloration!

Name: Quiincey Snowmane (or Quiin for short)

Species: Venefidae

Race: Ursanitus

Gender: Masculine Agender (they/them/their or he/him/his pronouns)

Age: 35 years (Young adult)

Height: 8 1/2 feet (1/2 feet shorter than the average Ursanitus)

Personality: Dorky, over-confident, a bit cowardly, optimistic, extroverted, relaxed, less animalistic than most Ursanitus he knows, a bit rebellious, kind at heart and always means well

Hobbies: Target practice, hosting parties with friends, photography, hiking, styling thier fur

Likes: pistols, his trusty camera, occasional booze, nature, really terrible 90's Earth rock 'n' roll, collecting earrings

Dislikes: rudeness; pretentiousness; etc, hot weather, the music that's popular right now, getting his photos disorganized, walking quadruped, how anti-violence his race is

Bio: Though he spent his entire childhood with other Ursanitus, he never completely agreed with their beliefs. As a child, he would just go through the motions and not complain about it. As he reached his teens however, he would fight with his family about it, which very much hurt his family relations. He just didn't want to grow up like the others, not knowing how to defend himself if danger ever came. When he came of age, he ran away from home and arrived at the gates of a major city. With some money he saved up over the years, he bought some land just outside the city gates and had a small log cabin built for him. It's a quaint little home, with the perfect amount of room for a bed, places to store his photographs, and electricity. Another thing he bought with his saved money was a pistol, the very thing his family never wanted him to carry. His gun is his prized possession, a symbol of his rebellious nature, for an Ursanitus that is. Whenever a threat would decide to come his way, he would be prepared. Despite the grudge he has for his family and their views, he still contemplates returning to his hometown if it was ever put in danger; And as rebellious as he is, he still doesn't want to let them ever see him using a weapon.
