I'm super duper proud of how this turned out, I honestly might make this into a mug for myself that's how happy I am with it.
I used water color paints for the background and the glow around Wheatley's eyes
Then I used white nail polish for stars and clear nail polish to stick some little rhinestones on. I've never been good with water color so a few times I had to cover parts with white nail polish, because the paper I used was kinda thin and the paint would bleed. So that explains the weirdness on his hip.

Oh also about the damaged eye, when Wheatley fought Chell for the last time the bombs that were thrown back at him damaged his right optic permanently.
